Attorney

attorney Monique A. Gramling

Monique A. Gramling practices law at the Gramling Law Group, hailing from her hometown of Loma Linda. As the younger of five siblings, she shares this title with Mr. Gramling, holding a seniority of just 13 months over him. She takes pride in her achievements in the field of workers’ compensation.

With a rich background in insurance defense, she specializes in areas such as automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, construction defects, and general liability litigation. Her wealth of experience and unique perspective make her a valuable addition to the team at Gramling Law Group.

Ms. Gramling was at the forefront of defense for employers and insurance carriers during the height of the pandemic in defending workers’ compensation claims.  She got into family law shortly afterward. Although Ms. Gramling is no stranger to arbitration or trial, she has saved clients tremendous amounts of money by resolving their divorces involving complex business disputes and high net worth assets.

Ms. Gramling graduated from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2016.  During law school, she interned at the San Bernardino District Attorney’s office where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases.  In addition, Ms. Gramling also works as an adjunct professor at La Sierra University where she teaches history, criminal law, and criminal procedure.

Ms. Gramling resides in Orange County, and in her free time she enjoys tutoring law students and spending time with her three yorkies: Bella, Colt, and Allie.
